Return & Refund Policy – AM Studio
At AM Studio, we carefully check each order before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

You receive a wrong product

You receive a damaged or defective item
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Item
Returned items must be:

Unused and unwashed

In original condition
-
With all original packaging intact
Items that are used, washed, cut, or altered will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery

Slight variations in color or print due to lighting, photography, or screen differences

Sale or discounted items
4. Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

Clear images of the product issue

Description of the problem
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.
5. Refunds & Replacements
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:

Approve replacement for valid cases, or

Issue a refund if applicable
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Shipping for Returns

If the issue is due to wrong or defective product, AM Studio will cover return shipping or guide the customer accordingly

In all other cases (if approved), return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer
7. Color & Print Variation
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or print may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen display differences. These are not considered defects.
